Fit2Be Programs

Fit2Be offers a variety of classes in selected locations. We provide Group Instruction at churches, local businesses, corporate fitness companies, commercial facilities, private studios, residential homes, hospitals, and military bases. We also have one of the best Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training teams around!

SPECIAL NOTE: All Fit2Be staff are certified in AED, CPR, and First Aid. We also provide some of the best Group Exercise Instructors and Personal Trainers certified with well-known nationally accredited organizations such as: AFAA, ACE, NESTA, Expert Rating, etc.

Personal Training

WE COME TO YOU! In today's world it can become challenging and difficult to squeeze in a workout. As a participant of the Fit2Be Personal Training Program all our trainers come to you. We offer 30-minute and one-hour sessions in Weight Loss/Strength, Yoga, Pilates, and Small Group Training. All training sessions are taken place Monday-Sunday between the hours of 4am-10pm.

Nutrition Coaching

This program is excellent for those who find it challenging to stay on course when it comes to the foods we intake on a daily basis. Having a Nutrition Coach along the way with the combination of a set exercise regiment equals success! The Nutritional Programs we offer include:

    Professional Fitness Coverage

    Do you own a commercial gym, recreational facility or private studio? Are you a corporate fitness company looking to fulfill your contractual obligations at various sites? If you have answered, "Yes!" to either question, then Fit2Be has the coverage you need!

    Our experience ranges from running the Front Desk of a commercial gym to working as a Fitness Specialist or Group Exercise Instructor in a corporate fitness setting.

    We provide Coverage for the following positions:
